Axle Assemblies

Several components working together to move power from the differential to the wheels, while carrying the weight and the forces of the vehicle. Built up, or serviced when they wear out.

What it is

Every part inspected, every part fitted.

An axle assembly is made up of several mechanical components that work together to transfer power from the differential to the wheels, while supporting the weight and the forces of the vehicle.

Each component has to be properly inspected and installed for correct fitment, strength and reliability. Over time these components deteriorate, become a hazard, and need replacing.

Service on an axle assembly can mean replacing axle shafts, pressing bearings, replacing seals, differential work, and brake maintenance.

What people ask about this.

Can you build one to swap in over a weekend?

That is the point of building it on the bench. Talk to us early, because the parts are the long lead time, not the labor.

Do you build for UTVs?

Yes. Same principles, smaller parts, and the failure modes are well known.
